Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must share a complete unboxing video as proof.
- The unboxing video must be continuous, without cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions, starting from the sealed courier package.
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Clear pictures and videos of the damaged product must be provided along with your order ID.
- Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be considered.
- Damage caused due to improper handling, usage, or wear and tear after delivery will not be eligible for a claim.
